Au gratin Chicken and potatoes bake easy recipe

Au gratin Chicken and potatoes bake easy recipe

Au gratin Chicken and potatoes in the oven is a very simple recipe that my family often asks me to prepare.  I please them very gladly because, with a few simple steps, they have second and side dishes on the table without needing of long preparations.

Yes, precisely because it is a really simple, delicious, and flavorful Italian main course, and really with very little effort you bring a mouthwatering dish to the table

It happens to all of us to come home tired from work and not feel like cooking. We often fall back on cooking a chicken breast in a pan … but why not make this ingredient more mouthwatering without effort? This is just the perfect recipe!

Chicken is often “snubbed” and considered a sad dish but, as I have shown you with a few of my recipes, we can make those who think so think again. Suffice it to say that the most read and searched recipe on my blog is precisely a recipe with chicken: Chicken Cacciatore.

That’s why today I propose chicken again but flavored with a crispy and fragrant gratin.

If you want, at the end of cooking, you can operate the grill to make it crispier.

To make the potatoes crispy outside and soft inside: leave them in water, changing it several times. This will allow them to lose their starch and turn out perfect!

But now let’s see how to prepare our Au gratin Chicken and potatoes in just 10 minutes; it bakes in the oven and is so tasty… Mamma mia che buono! A delicious second course that makes the whole family happy.
