  • 200 g of smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 250 g of fresh soft cheese (like Philadelphia or similar)
  • Grated peel of 1 lemon
  • Pepper
  • Chive 
  • 8 slices of rounds of toasted Italian bread (you can also use bruschetta bread, whole grain bread or black bread)
  • A little bit of melted butter


Cut the bread in slices and lay them in a baking tray. Paint the bread with a little bit of melted butter.

Grill them on the oven until both sides becomes gold.

I a bowl, mix the soft cheese with chopped chives and the grated peel of 1 lemon.

Spread the soft cheese on the bread and pose wrapped salmon slices on it. Ass salt and pepper.
