Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (35.2 oz) of flying squid (or squid)
  • A little bit of breadcrumbs (about 1 spoon or more if you like it crunchier)
  • Grated peel of lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Clean the squid under water and cut it into slices.

Put them in a bowl with breadcrumbs, salt, and grated lemon skin. Mix.

On a baking tray covered with oiled baking paper, cook on pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 180 C (356 °F).
