How to make Herbed chicken nuggets

Herbed chicken nuggets are an easy, fragrant Italian main course and can be prepared in a very short time.

They are a quick idea for everyday lunch or dinner, and in my opinion, they are also perfect for an outdoor lunch with friends, we can also prepare them in advance and heat them slightly at the last, perhaps adding very little water.

Personally, I love dishes that can be prepared in advance because instead of spending the evening cooking, I can enjoy the company of friends and family!

Herbed chicken nuggets as well as being a “convenient” dish, is also very tasty; adding the flour will create a really tasty sauce, perfect for making even a little shoe!

If instead of the morsels we have slices available, we can follow the same procedure and we will make tasty chicken escalopes with herbs! Let’s see together how to make this second truly irresistible meat dish!

Like all savory recipes, Herbed chicken nuggets can also be customized, for example by adding lemon, peas, or more… Let your imagination run wild!

With a blender, mix the shallow (better if you blend them), the thyme, the oregano, and the marjoram, and put them apart.

Cut the onion in rounds. In a pan, brown the onions in a thread of oil. Cook it on low heat.

In the meantime, cut the chicken into pieces (not too small).

Flour them, and brown them on a pan on high heat in a thread of oil.

Add the wine and cook it on high heath to evaporate the alcoholic solution.

Add the mixture of herbs, salt, and black pepper.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10 min. Mix from time to time. If the mixture results too dry, then add some water. Conversely, if it results too watery, then let some water evaporate.

Enjoy! Buon appetito!
