How to make Grilled fillet in red wine sauce

How to make grilled fillet in red wine sauce

The grilled fillet in red wine sauce is an elegant Italian second course; a quick and easy recipe, but perfect for a special occasion!

Indeed, the tenderness of a fine cut of meat such as the fillet seasoned with a delicious sauce prepared with excellent red wine, will make you create a great dish like that of a great chef!

The trick for very soft meat is to cook it briefly in a pan over high heat and let it rest for a few minutes in order to redistribute the juices.

The cooking times indicated in this recipe are for cooking the meat rare, if you want it well done, increase the cooking time, but it will be less tender.

It is very important to buy the fillet from a trusted butcher to choose a quality cut of meat that remains tender during cooking.

Choose a quality red wine, preferably Italian wine, it will make a difference in this recipe and then you can drink it during your dinner!

Accompany the grilled fillet with red wine and shallot sauce, with a rich salad or baked potatoes. I prepare this recipe very often and it is always a success! Do you want to try to do it too? Follow this easy Italian recipe and you will make a recipe that will amaze your guests! Mamma mia che buono…
