Recipe Difficulty Level: easy


  • 600 g (21 oz) of pumpkin
  • 1 small bunch of rosemary (alternatively, could use thyme)
  • 2/3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Clean and peel the pumpkin. Cut in thin slices.

Locate the slices in a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Add oil, salt, black pepper, rosemary, or thyme, and the clove, and mix. Locate the slices next to each other in the tray.

Cook in preheat oven at 180 C (360° F) for about 30 minutes (until the pumpkin becomes soft).
