How to make Italian Chicken and  Peppers easy recipe

Recipe Difficulty Level: easy Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 800 g (28 oz) of chicken legs
  • 2 big peppers (one red and one yellow)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Clean and cut the peppers into pieces (not too small). Cut the onion in rounds. Keep apart.

In a thread of oil, brown the chicken legs on high heat for 5 minutes.

Add peppers, onion, salt, black pepper, oregano, and rosemary.

Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the white wine and cook on high heat until it evaporates.

Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.

From time to time, remember to mix and add a little bit of hot water if it becomes too dry.
